Migration laws may split up iraqi family and prevent them from returning home to see their children after an emergency divorce.

In the same way that men, women and children are often forced to marry outside their own communities, even in times of peace, there will be no one who can guarantee their continued security.

Ibn al-Qayyim stated that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said that women are obligated to submit to men, since they are the leaders of the people. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) also said: “Wives must submit to their husbands” (Maa’idah 1396) in his hadeeth which Ibn al-Qayyim translated as “Wives are not to have any power except in the eyes of their husbands” (al-Ayaad 1:4-5). Ibn al-Qayyim, as noted above, quoted him as saying: “[T]o them who ask women to marry, you say: ‘If you are right, then do this.'” (al-Ikhlaa 3:62)

If a woman is f바카라orced to marry a male relative, it is not necessary to wait until she becomes pregnant or becomes infertile before she can get married. She can and should ju바카라st give up hope for a husband she has never met and get married to an actual man who is good to her. It is not permissible to wait until she has her child and then force her to take a husband with her. It is only allowed if she gives herself up to the husband, whose relationship with her i바카라s closer than any other man’s to her, and if he is able to help her in her journey to fulfillment. Such a man is not only more deserving than her husband, but he will have her to grow up to be a good wife and mother, and a powerful person who can give her children her own love. If there is a son that she is planning on having with another man, for example, she would not need to marry the man first, so long as she is willing to give up hope of finding a husband.

A wife who is afraid of giving up her hope on marriage can never take it upon herself to prove her worth to her husband before he would marry her, unless of course that is something she believes to be true. He cannot tell her that she could end up like so many other women who have given up hope but to be rejected by their husbands for various reasons
